About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever find satisfaction in a day where everything just falls into place—files sorted, schedules synced, and shipments tracked down to the last box? That’s what we’re offering, but in a supportive team setting where your knack for organization shines. As a Warehouse Admin in Dubai, you’ll be the coordination hub between our inventory, operations, and people. Whether you’re a seasoned admin wizard or someone ready to step into a bustling warehouse environment for the first time, we’re keen to meet folks who thrive on structure, precision, and the occasional logistical puzzle.

About the Company

We’re a well-established name in Dubai’s logistics and supply chain scene, known for efficiency and a culture that values reliability as much as ambition. Our team is a mix of seasoned warehouse pros and up-and-comers who aren’t afraid to pitch in wherever help is needed. Fridays sometimes mean spontaneous biryani lunches after a busy morning, and there’s always someone to turn to if you’re figuring out a new system or process. Our priority? Treating people with respect and growing together—no matter where you’re starting from.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Acting as the go-to admin support for daily warehouse operations—think documentation, records, and stock reports.
  • Coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Keeping inventory databases squeaky clean and up to date with every arrival or dispatch.
  • Assisting with delivery schedules, liaising between drivers, suppliers, and warehouse staff to keep everyone in sync.
  • Filing, sorting, and occasionally hunting down that elusive document that makes everything run more smoothly.
  • Supporting warehouse managers with any ad-hoc administrative tasks, from spreadsheets to supply orders.
  • Sometimes rolling up your sleeves to walk the warehouse floor—just enough to keep things interesting.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Strong attention to detail and a love for keeping things organized.
  • Comfortable juggling basic office software (think Excel, email, simple databases).
  • Positive attitude and readiness to learn—especially if you’re new to warehouse work.
  • Willingness to adapt and support your teammates, even during busy stretches.
  • Solid communication skills (English is essential; other languages are a plus).

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous admin experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems.
  • Good sense of humor—you’ll fit right in during team breaks.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary (AED 3,500–5,000/month), paid on time, every time.
  • Company-provided accommodation and daily transportation—no hunting for your own bed or stressing about a commute.
  • Comprehensive medical insurance, annual paid leave, and visa assistance as per UAE law.
  • Supportive, multicultural team that values your growth—there’s always someone willing to share tips or help you get up to speed.
  • Regular team meals, recognition for hard work, and a genuine spirit of cooperation.

We know the little things matter—like feeling valued, having room to learn, and knowing your efforts actually move the company forward. If you’re ready to put your knack for order to work in a welcoming Dubai team, we’d be excited to meet you.
