• Filter replacement: Cleaning or changing air filters as per the maintenance schedule to maintain consistent airflow and minimize energy consumption.
• Use of specialized equipment: Operating cleaning tools and machinery safely and effectively to deliver high-quality results.
• Adherence to safety protocols: Following all safety guidelines and organizational standards during cleaning and maintenance activities.
• Record keeping: Documenting maintenance activities, issues identified, and actions taken for tracking and reporting purposes.
• Collaboration: Working alongside other maintenance staff to coordinate efforts and ensure all areas are serviced efficiently.
• Client interaction: Communicating with office staff or residents when necessary to schedule cleaning and maintenance visits with minimal disruption.

Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, candidates should meet the following criteria:

• Proven experience in AC cleaning, air conditioning maintenance, or a related technical field, preferably within residential or commercial environments.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and standard cleaning procedures.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering consistently high standards of cleanliness and service.
• Physical fitness and ability to perform manual work, including lifting, bending, and working in confined spaces as required.
