• Air Conditioning System Maintenance: Conducting routine inspections, cleaning, servicing, and preventive maintenance of diverse AC systems to optimize performance and extend equipment lifespan.
• AC Installation and Repair: Installing new AC units according to manufacturer specifications, diagnosing faults, troubleshooting issues, and performing timely repairs to minimize downtime and discomfort.
• Electrical Tasks: Handling a range of basic to intermediate electrical work, including wiring, fixture installation, circuit troubleshooting, and rectifying minor faults in electrical panels and components.
• Technical Diagnostics: Quickly identifying the root causes of AC and electrical malfunctions using appropriate tools and technical know-how, ensuring accurate and efficient resolution.
• Compliance and Safety: Adhering to all relevant safety standards, company protocols, and regulatory requirements while performing technical operations.
• Documentation: Keeping detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used, and reporting any major issues to the supervisor for further action.
• Team Collaboration: Working collaboratively with other technicians and facility staff to coordinate maintenance schedules and share technical knowledge.

Requirements

• Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience in AC system installation, maintenance, and repair, as well as hands-on knowledge of electrical systems and components.
• Technical Qualifications: Relevant technical certification or diploma in HVAC, Electrical, or a related field is highly desirable.
