As a Delivery Driver based in Sharjah Industrial 18, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our goods reach customers promptly and safely throughout Sharjah, Ajman, and Dubai. Responsibilities

• Timely Delivery: Ensure the prompt and secure transportation of goods to various destinations, adhering to the highest standards of safety and punctuality.
• Route Planning: Utilize your knowledge of Sharjah, Ajman, and Dubai road networks to select the most efficient routes, minimizing delays and optimizing delivery times.
• Customer Interaction: Deliver a positive experience with every customer interaction—communicate clearly, handle inquiries with professionalism, and resolve minor delivery issues on the spot.
• Record Keeping: Accurately maintain delivery logs, including details of deliveries, mileage, and any incidents, ensuring all documentation is complete and up-to-date.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Perform basic vehicle checks before and after each shift, reporting any maintenance needs promptly to ensure the ongoing safety and reliability of the delivery fleet.
• Package Integrity: Handle goods with care, ensuring all items are delivered in perfect condition and discrepancies are reported immediately.
• Problem-Solving: Adapt to unexpected changes such as traffic congestion or last-minute order adjustments, providing solutions that keep deliveries on track.

Requirements

• Valid UAE Driving License: A must-have for operating company vehicles across the region.
• Driving Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a delivery or professional driver within the UAE.
• Regional Road Knowledge: Strong familiarity with the road networks in Sharjah, Ajman, and Dubai, especially within Sharjah Industrial 18.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication in English; the ability to speak other languages is a plus.
• Customer Service Orientation: Demonstrated ability to interact positively with customers and represent the company professionally.
• Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality, responsibility, and dependability in professional settings.
• Physical Fitness: Capable of loading and unloading goods as required, and comfortable with extended periods of driving.
• Adaptability: Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple deliveries daily.
