Key Responsibilities

• Daily Operational Support: Provide reliable transportation services to meet the needs of company operations across multiple sites in Dubai.
• Efficient Route Planning: Utilize map applications and navigation tools to determine the fastest and safest routes, minimizing delays and optimizing productivity.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance of the assigned vehicle to ensure safety and cleanliness at all times.
• Compliance and Safety: Adhere strictly to all UAE traffic regulations and company safety standards, prioritizing the well-being of yourself and others on the road.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents or maintenance needs as required by company policy.
• Professional Representation: Serve as a responsible and courteous representative of the company when interacting with clients, suppliers, or colleagues at various locations.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Valid Manual Driving License: Must possess a current UAE manual driving license, with a solid track record of responsible driving.
• Familiarity with Dubai Road Network: Demonstrated experience navigating Dubai’s streets, highways, and industrial zones using GPS or smartphone map applications.
• Professional Driving Experience: Previous experience as a driver, preferably within the contracting, construction, or logistics sectors, is highly desirable.
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on vehicle upkeep, route accuracy, and timely delivery of assignments.
• Reliability and Punctuality: Commitment to maintaining a consistent schedule and meeting all deadlines set by the operations team.
• Communication Skills: Ability to understand and follow instructions in English or Arabic; clear communication with team members and site personnel.
• Physical Fitness: Capable of managing the demands of daily driving and occasional manual tasks associated with vehicle upkeep.
