About the Role

Responsibilities

In this dynamic position, your duties will include:

• Safely transporting farm personnel to and from designated locations within and beyond the farm premises
• Delivering materials, tools, and agricultural products between different farm sites or to external destinations as required
• Ensuring all cargo, whether people or goods, is securely loaded and unloaded with care
• Keeping the assigned vehicle clean, fueled, and in excellent working order through regular checks and basic maintenance
• Monitoring vehicle performance and reporting any issues or needed repairs promptly to management
• Strictly adhering to all UAE traffic and safety regulations at all times
• Maintaining accurate records of trips, mileage, and fuel consumption as per company procedures
• Supporting other farm-related tasks as needed, especially during peak seasons or busy periods
• Demonstrating flexibility in working hours to accommodate the needs of the farm, including occasional early mornings or late evenings

Requirements

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

• Proven experience as a professional driver, ideally within a farm, agricultural, or similar environment
• A valid UAE driving license appropriate for the vehicles operated on the farm
• Strong knowledge of Dubai’s roadways, traffic laws, and safe driving practices
• Ability to operate and maneuver a variety of vehicles, including vans, pick-ups, and small trucks commonly used in agriculture
• Excellent time management and punctuality, with a commitment to meeting schedules and deadlines
• Basic mechanical skills to perform routine vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting
• Good communication skills to effectively interact with farm staff and management
• Physical fitness to assist with loading and unloading cargo as needed
• A responsible, trustworthy, and safety-conscious mindset
