Key Responsibilities

• Supervise Gaming Operations: Oversee the day-to-day running of the gaming zone, including Playstations and Gaming PCs, to guarantee optimal performance and user satisfaction.
• Customer Support: Greet and assist customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring guests have a positive and memorable experience.
• Technical Oversight: Monitor and maintain all gaming equipment, troubleshooting both hardware and software issues to minimize downtime.
• Environment Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe gaming space, adhering to facility standards and health guidelines.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and management to coordinate schedules, events, and facility upgrades.
• Inventory Control: Track and manage gaming accessories, equipment, and consumables, ensuring availability and prompt replenishment when needed.
• Feedback Collection: Engage with customers to gather feedback and suggestions, helping to shape future offerings and improve service quality.
• Promotion of Services: Actively inform guests about new games, tournaments, and special promotions within the gaming zone.

Role Requirements

• Language Fluency: Proficient in both Arabic and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base.
• Customer Service Skills: Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Gaming Knowledge: A genuine passion for gaming, with an in-depth understanding of current gaming consoles, PCs, and popular titles.
• Technical Aptitude: Strong troubleshooting skills related to computers, gaming consoles, and network setups.
• Visa Status: Must already possess a valid visa; sponsorship is not available for this position.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a lively, fast-changing environment and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Problem-Solving Ability: Capable of swiftly identifying issues and implementing effective solutions without disrupting the customer experience.

Preferred Qualifications
