We are currently expanding our team and invite skilled professionals to join us as Quality Control (QC) Specialists or Computer Operators. Responsibilities

Your day-to-day contributions will be central to our continued reputation for outstanding products and efficient business operations. Depending on your role, your responsibilities will include:

• Product Inspection: Conduct regular and thorough inspections of perfumes and related items to ensure they meet company and industry standards.
• Quality Assurance: Implement, monitor, and maintain quality control processes, identifying any non-conformities and initiating corrective actions.
• Documentation: Record and report quality results, maintain detailed logs, and prepare documentation for audits or compliance reviews.
• Computer Operations: Oversee and manage computer-based tasks, including data entry, record maintenance, and support for operational software.
• Collaboration: Work closely with production, warehousing, and management teams to resolve quality and operational issues efficiently.
• Continuous Improvement: Suggest methods to enhance product quality and streamline operational processes.

Requirements

To thrive in this role, candidates must bring a combination of technical knowledge, diligence, and adaptability. The ideal applicant will possess:

• Previous experience in quality control, quality assurance, or computer operations, ideally within a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify subtle product or process discrepancies.
• Proficiency in computer systems, with a solid grasp of MS Office applications and data management tools.
• Effective communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards and following established procedures.
