What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting tasks using Tally and/or QuickBooks
- Preparing, filing, and reconciling VAT returns in compliance with UAE regulations
- Generating monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review
- Analyzing financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement
- Supporting audits and ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date
- Collaborating with colleagues to streamline workflows and improve accounting procedures
- Responding quickly to urgent requests — especially during month-end or VAT filing periods
- Jumping in to help with ad hoc financial projects as the business grows
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Proven experience as an Accountant in the UAE
- Proficiency with Tally and/or QuickBooks
- Solid understanding of VAT filing procedures and financial reporting standards
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and handle confidential information with care
- Ready for immediate joining in Dubai
Nice-to-Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment
