Key Responsibilities

• Manage and Maintain Financial Records:
  Accurately record and organize all company transactions, ensuring that ledgers are up-to-date and compliant with UAE regulations.

• Budget Preparation and Monitoring:
  Collaborate with various departments to develop annual budgets, monitor ongoing expenditures, and highlight any discrepancies or areas for improvement.

• Regulatory Compliance:
  Keep abreast of the latest financial laws and standards in the UAE, ensuring all accounting practices strictly adhere to local and federal requirements.

• Support Audit Processes:
  Prepare necessary documentation and reports for both internal and external audits. Act as a key point of contact during audit reviews, providing detailed explanations and supporting data as required.

• Financial Analysis and Reporting:
  Analyze complex financial data, trends, and forecasts to prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual reports tailored for management review.

• Cost Optimization:
  Identify opportunities for cost savings by reviewing operational processes and expenditures, and recommend actionable solutions to management.

• Strategic Financial Planning:
  Assist in developing and refining the company’s financial strategy, working closely with senior leadership to ensure long-term growth and stability.

Requirements

• Educational Background:
  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field. Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA are highly desirable.

• Professional Experience:
  Proven experience as an Accountant, preferably within the UAE. Familiarity with local financial regulations and standards is a must.

• Technical Proficiency:
  Demonstrated expertise in using accounting software (such as QuickBooks, Tally, or SAP) and advanced Excel skills for financial modeling and analysis.

• Attention to Detail:
  Strong analytical skills with a meticulous approach to data accuracy and integrity.

• Communication Skills:
  Ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, to management and stakeholders.

• Problem-Solving Ability:
