What You’ll Be Doing
Depending on your role and interests, here’s what your days might look like:
- Accountant:
- Oversee daily accounting operations and maintain up-to-date financial records.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support audits and ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations.
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Assistant Accountant:
- Assist in data entry, invoice processing, and bank reconciliations.
- Support senior accountants with financial documentation and reporting.
- Help manage accounts payable/receivable and petty cash.
- Office Assistant:
- Organize office files, respond to emails, and greet visitors.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Support team members with administrative tasks and daily office needs.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Currently residing in the UAE (all nationalities welcome!).
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Positive attitude and a knack for working well with people.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience in accounting, administration, or office support.
- Familiarity with MS Office or accounting software.
- Degree in Commerce, Business, or related field.
