What You’ll Be Doing
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks—from managing correspondence to filing and data entry, nothing will slip through the cracks on your watch.
- Support office supply management: track inventory, place orders, and ensure the team never runs out of the essentials.
- Coordinate scheduling—set up meetings, book travel, and make sure everyone’s calendar aligns.
- Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations with an eye for both accuracy and polish.
- Greet and assist visitors with a welcoming, professional attitude.

What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
