What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing office documentation: From filing to digital archiving, you'll help keep our records tidy and accessible.

  • Answering phone calls and emails: You’ll be the cheerful first point of contact for clients, visitors, and internal teams.
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments: Coordinating calendars without breaking a sweat—even when things get hectic.
  • Supporting day-to-day admin tasks: Printing, photocopying, arranging couriers, and tackling those random requests that keep the office humming.
