About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered what it’s like to keep a busy medical center running smoothly behind the scenes? As our next Admin Assistant in Al Quoz, you’ll be the friendly face handling everything from patient queries to crucial paperwork—no UAE experience required! In today’s fast-growing healthcare environment, we're looking for energetic, organized individuals ready to start a new chapter with us right here in Dubai.
About the Company
Nestled in the heart of Al Quoz, our medical center is a vibrant hub for both patients and staff. We pride ourselves on fostering a genuinely supportive work environment, the kind where birthdays don’t go unnoticed, and our diverse team feels like family. Growth is part of our DNA—think weekly learning sessions and an open-door approach to fresh ideas. You don’t need years of regional experience; just a willingness to learn and a can-do attitude.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Greet patients and visitors with warmth, creating a welcoming first impression.
- Manage appointment schedules, coordinating with medical staff to keep things running like clockwork.
- Handle patient records—organizing, updating, and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- Support doctors and nurses with day-to-day administrative tasks (think: prepping files, ordering supplies, managing forms).
- Respond to phone calls and emails promptly, offering helpful information or directing inquiries to the right team member.
- Tackle office errands—printing, scanning, stocking up the coffee station—you know, the little things that make a big difference.
- Pitch in with ad hoc projects or events (don’t be surprised if we rope you in for a wellness fair every now and then!).
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Good communication skills in English (extra points if you can chat in Arabic or another language).
- Basic computer literacy: you’re comfortable with email, spreadsheets, and navigating software.
- A welcoming, people-first attitude—patients and staff alike notice your calm and care.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized approach, especially when juggling multiple tasks.
- Ready to relocate or currently based in Dubai.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Prior experience in admin, hospitality, customer service, or any fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with medical or healthcare settings.
- Ability to stay positive and steady under pressure (those busy clinic mornings can be lively!).
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive salary (AED 5000 - 6000) so you can enjoy Dubai life with peace of mind.
- Two-year residency permit provided, plus renewable contract for long-term stability.
- Comprehensive health insurance—your well-being matters as much as our patients'.
- Plenty of team support, mentorship, and opportunities to learn new skills.
- Inclusive, multicultural team—no two days (or lunch breaks) are ever the same.
- Convenient Al Quoz location, with easy access to public transport and local amenities.
Joining our medical center means stepping into a role where your contributions are genuinely valued—and where growth isn’t just a buzzword, but a reality you’ll experience every day. If you’re ready for a meaningful and people-focused admin journey, we can’t wait to hear from you.
