What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and organizing physical and digital files — yes, you’ll know exactly where everything is.
- Assisting staff with administrative tasks, from scheduling to preparing documents and reports.
- Keeping our workspace tidy and welcoming, including basic upkeep like stocking up on office supplies.
- Liaising with vendors and service providers for maintenance or deliveries when needed.
- Supporting visitors and greeting guests with professionalism and a smile.
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and courier packages (you might become the unofficial office “gatekeeper”).
- Pitching in during busy spells to help wherever an extra set of hands can make a difference.
