What You’ll Be Doing
- Keeping vital office documentation organized — and always within reach
- Supporting daily operations, from preparing reports to handling calls and scheduling
- Ensuring inventory paperwork is updated, filed, and cross-checked (sometimes at a moment’s notice)
- Assisting warehouse and operations teams with day-to-day admin needs
- Coordinating communication with suppliers and delivery partners
- Jumping in with practical solutions when unexpected issues arise (because let’s face it, they do!)
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Experience as an Admin Assistant, Office Assistant, or Document Controller (bonus points for warehousing or logistics backgrounds)
- Solid English communication skills (both written and oral)
- Strong attention to detail — errors just don’t sit right with you
- Comfort with basic computer programs (think MS Office, email, maybe a little Excel magic)
- Valid residency and current location inside UAE
