About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever wondered what it's like to keep the gears turning in a fast-paced logistics operation? We’re on the hunt for dynamic Admin Assistants, Office Assistants, and Document Controllers to join our warehouse and logistics team based in vibrant Jebel Ali, Dubai. If you thrive in structured environments and relish the satisfaction of an organized workspace, this is your moment. With immediate start dates and a friendly team ready to welcome you, this is more than a job — it’s your next career launchpad.

About the Company

Step into the heartbeat of Dubai’s bustling logistics scene. We’re a growing warehouse and logistics company where every day brings a new set of challenges — and rewards. Our office is lively, multicultural, and runs on teamwork; “can-do” is more than an attitude here, it’s the way we get things done. Whether it’s quick collaborations over chai or celebrating end-of-month wins, you’ll find a supportive community invested in your growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Keeping vital office documentation organized — and always within reach
  • Supporting daily operations, from preparing reports to handling calls and scheduling
  • Ensuring inventory paperwork is updated, filed, and cross-checked (sometimes at a moment’s notice)
  • Assisting warehouse and operations teams with day-to-day admin needs
  • Coordinating communication with suppliers and delivery partners
  • Jumping in with practical solutions when unexpected issues arise (because let’s face it, they do!)

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Experience as an Admin Assistant, Office Assistant, or Document Controller (bonus points for warehousing or logistics backgrounds)
  • Solid English communication skills (both written and oral)
  • Strong attention to detail — errors just don’t sit right with you
  • Comfort with basic computer programs (think MS Office, email, maybe a little Excel magic)
  • Valid residency and current location inside UAE
  • Willingness for immediate join and readiness for a hands-on, on-site role

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Multilingual abilities
  • Prior experience in a fast-growing company environment

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Free company-provided visa, accommodation, and medical insurance
  • Competitive salary package (AED 2,500 – 4,000, based on experience)
  • Multinational team with an inclusive, supportive culture
  • Growth opportunities — we’re expanding, and so can your responsibilities
  • On-the-ground role in the heart of Dubai’s key logistics hub

We work hard, but we value laughter just as much as logistics. Here, you’ll find the chance to grow, connect, and build a rewarding career — all while enjoying stable benefits and a sense of belonging. If you’re ready to make a difference behind the scenes, your seat (and your team) is waiting.
