What You’ll Be Doing
- Taking charge of daily administrative tasks—think paperwork, follow-ups, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
- Preparing, organizing, and tracking client contracts and files (your knack for details will shine here).
- Running our social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, creating posts that catch eyes and spark conversations.
- Planning and executing paid advertising campaigns—testing, tweaking, and celebrating results.
- Responding promptly to client inquiries and maintaining positive, professional follow-ups that clients remember.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Hands-on experience in administrative roles, including preparing contracts and managing office operations.
- Solid background in digital marketing, whether you’ve built campaigns from scratch or boosted engagement on social media.
- Comfortable navigating multiple priorities, multitasking, and adapting your approach on the fly.
