What You’ll Be Doing

  • Preparing quotations promptly and accurately for our clients or vendors

  • Handling, filing, and retrieving important company documents, both hard-copy and digital
  • Coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth flow of information
  • Keeping track of inventory and office supplies, placing orders when necessary
  • Supporting the team with travel arrangements or event logistics from time to time
  • Maintaining neat, well-organized records with zero drama
