About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever wondered how a well-run warehouse operation keeps all the pieces moving like clockwork? If you thrive in organized chaos and have a knack for multitasking, this could be where your next chapter begins. We’re hiring for multiple vital roles—including Admin Officer, Admin Assistant, Office Assistant, and Storekeeper—for our bustling warehouse hub in Jebel Ali, Dubai. Whether you’re the glue that holds the paperwork together or the hands-on type keeping inventory in check, this is your chance to be part of a company that values efficiency, teamwork, and real-world results.

About the Company

We’re not your average warehouse operation—we believe every box, document, and delivery matters. Our team in Jebel Ali is a close-knit group with a shared commitment to reliability and growth (and yes, a strong coffee culture doesn’t hurt). We’ve been steadily expanding, and our reputation for smooth logistics comes down to investing in great people. Here, every role is treated as essential; whether you’re handling clients or stacking shelves, you’ll see the direct impact of your efforts every day.

What You’ll Be Doing

Depending on your experience and fit, you might:

  • As an Admin Officer:

    • Oversee daily administrative procedures and ensure smooth office operations
    • Liaise with management and warehouse teams to coordinate schedules and activities
    • Maintain compliance with company policies and UAE regulations
    • Prepare reports, handle confidential documentation, and supervise junior staff
  • As an Admin/Office Assistant:

    • Support administrative processes like filing, scheduling, and data entry
    • Serve as a go-to for office queries and help keep our systems running
    • Assist with HR admin, leave requests, and on-boarding tasks
    • Organize meetings, handle correspondence, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks
  • As a Storekeeper:

    • Oversee incoming and outgoing stock, ensuring accurate records
    • Carry out regular inventory checks and coordinate with the logistics team
    • Maintain tidy, efficient storage areas and enforce safety standards
    • Communicate low stock and supply needs before they become problems

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Currently residing in the UAE (ready for an in-person interview and immediate start)
  • Previous experience in administration, office support, or warehouse/storekeeping roles
  • Comfortable using basic office software (MS Office, spreadsheets, email)
  • Strong attention to detail and good English communication skills
  • Proactive approach—willing to jump in and learn on the fly
  • Valid UAE residency/visit status

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with warehouse inventory systems
  • Additional language skills (Arabic, Hindi, Tagalog, etc.)
  • Previous experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain companies

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive monthly salary (AED 2,500 – AED 5,000, depending on role and experience)
  • Free company-sponsored UAE visa (no agency fees or hidden costs)
  • Comprehensive medical insurance coverage
  • Paid annual vacation—it’s important to recharge!
  • Diverse team culture; all nationalities are welcome and celebrated
  • Supportive work environment with hands-on training and career progression
  • Immediate joining—get started right away if you’re available

At the end of the day, you’ll be part of a company that leaders in its field and values every team member’s role in keeping the warehouse wheels turning. Sound like your kind of workplace? Let’s connect and see if there’s a fit!
