What You’ll Be Doing
Depending on your experience and fit, you might:
As an Admin Officer:
- Oversee daily administrative procedures and ensure smooth office operations
- Liaise with management and warehouse teams to coordinate schedules and activities
- Maintain compliance with company policies and UAE regulations
- Prepare reports, handle confidential documentation, and supervise junior staff
As an Admin/Office Assistant:
- Support administrative processes like filing, scheduling, and data entry
- Serve as a go-to for office queries and help keep our systems running
- Assist with HR admin, leave requests, and on-boarding tasks
- Organize meetings, handle correspondence, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks
As a Storekeeper:
- Oversee incoming and outgoing stock, ensuring accurate records
- Carry out regular inventory checks and coordinate with the logistics team
- Maintain tidy, efficient storage areas and enforce safety standards
- Communicate low stock and supply needs before they become problems
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Currently residing in the UAE (ready for an in-person interview and immediate start)
- Previous experience in administration, office support, or warehouse/storekeeping roles
- Comfortable using basic office software (MS Office, spreadsheets, email)
- Strong attention to detail and good English communication skills
- Proactive approach—willing to jump in and learn on the fly
- Valid UAE residency/visit status
Nice-to-Haves:
