What You’ll Be Doing
- Acting as the primary point of contact for day-to-day office operations—if something needs doing, you’ll know (or find out) how to make it happen.
- Coordinating schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior management and team leads.
- Overseeing office supplies, vendor relationships, and facility needs—nothing escapes your notice.
- Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence with an eye for detail and clarity.
- Supporting HR tasks such as onboarding, leave management, and maintaining staff records.
- Assisting with basic finance tasks—think invoices, petty cash, and expense reports.
- Jumping in on special projects, team events, or anything else that helps keep our ship sailing smoothly.
- Identifying opportunities to streamline or improve admin processes—your ideas will be valued.
What You’ll Bring
- Must-Haves:
- Proven experience in a senior administrative or office management role (advertising or creative industries a plus, but not required).
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills—you know how to keep plates spinning.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, Google Workspace; any extra tools are a bonus).
