What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting and assisting visitors with a genuine smile and helpful attitude—first impressions matter here!
- Managing incoming calls, emails, and messages, making sure everyone gets the right information quickly.
- Handling daily office tasks: organizing documents, scheduling appointments, and keeping things tidy.
- Using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) to prepare basic reports, track schedules, and support office needs.
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Assisting with basic admin duties—think of yourself as the glue that keeps the office together.
- Occasionally lending a hand with special projects or company events (we love a team player).
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Female applicant from the Philippines (as per company requirements)
- Experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing admin role
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written
- A welcoming, organized, and proactive attitude
Nice-to-Haves:
- Prior experience working in the UAE or with international teams
- Basic knowledge of office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.)
