About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever thought about kickstarting your administrative career in the heart of Dubai? If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and ready for a fresh opportunity, this Admin Assistant position at our Barsha-based company could be just the ticket. We’re looking for someone eager to bring their energy and commitment — no prior UAE experience required. With a full support package and a competitive salary, this role is ideal for someone looking for a stable, growth-oriented opportunity in one of the city’s most dynamic areas.

About the Company

We’re a locally-rooted yet forward-thinking team based in Barsha, Dubai — a place where collaboration is just a part of daily life and new ideas are always welcomed. You’ll often find us sharing coffee (and a laugh) before tackling the day’s tasks, and we pride ourselves on creating an environment where every staff member feels supported. While we take our work seriously, we know balance is key, and our managers are genuinely interested in seeing you thrive both personally and professionally.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Handling day-to-day administrative duties — from managing phone calls to greeting guests with a smile.
  • Organizing and maintaining files, both digital and paper (and helping your teammates find that “missing” document).
  • Assisting with arranging meetings, preparing agendas, and keeping track of important dates and deadlines.
  • Supporting the team with basic HR tasks, such as gathering staff documents and coordinating onboarding paperwork.
  • Taking care of office supplies: monitoring inventory and coordinating orders when needed.
  • Liaising with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Pitching in with occasional ad hoc tasks — because we’re all about lending a hand around here.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Good written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Comfortable using basic office software (think Word, Excel, email).
  • A proactive, can-do attitude, with a knack for getting things done.
  • Friendly, professional approach — you’ll be the first impression for many visitors.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous office or admin experience (even outside the UAE).
  • Knowledge of Arabic is a plus, but absolutely not a must.
  • Any additional certificates, training, or skills you think will make you stand out.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary: AED 5,000–6,000 per month.
  • Health insurance provided from day one.
  • Two-year residency permit with a renewable contract—no more visa headaches.
  • Support for career development within a team that values your ideas.
  • Comfortable office environment in Barsha, easily accessible by public transport.
  • Friendly colleagues who actually look forward to working together each day.
  • Other benefits and team perks to make your working life a little bit better (we’ll fill you in on the details when we meet).

If you’re ready to start your Dubai journey and want to grow with a team that genuinely cares, this could be the move you’ve been waiting for.
