About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Introduction

Ready to step into a role where your organizational skills truly make a difference each day? We’re looking for attentive, solutions-focused Admin Assistants to join our reputable Medical Center in Barsha, Dubai—a vibrant neighborhood where healthcare is always evolving. This role isn’t just about paperwork and scheduling; it’s about being the connective tissue that keeps the clinic running smoothly, supporting both staff and patients. If you’ve got an eye for detail, a steady hand under pressure, and a knack for keeping teams on track, this could be your next big move.

About the Company

Our Medical Center isn’t just another clinic—it’s where community comes first. Serving a diverse patient base in Barsha, we've built our reputation on trust, warmth, and the kind of stellar care that brings people back time and again. The team here genuinely enjoys working together (Friday afternoon “tea and treats” is an unmissable ritual), and leadership encourages open communication and ideas from every corner. We're growing steadily, but never at the expense of that personal, patient-centered touch. You’ll find that everyone—nurses, doctors, admin—is invested in each other’s success and wellbeing.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coordinating daily administrative operations, like patient registrations, appointment scheduling, and medical record management.
  • Acting as the front-line support for patient inquiries—whether on the phone, by email, or face-to-face—always with empathy and efficiency.
  • Preparing and distributing key communications: memos, emails, and patient information packs.
  • Supporting Management and Medical teams with meeting logistics, document preparation, and handling confidential materials with the utmost discretion.
  • Handling client concerns or complaints, ensuring resolutions that reflect our high standards of care and professionalism.
  • Assisting with onboarding and mentoring new administrative team members—your leadership experience will shine here.
  • Collaborating closely with other departments to ensure smooth handoffs and exceptional continuity of care.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant admin experience—preferably in a medical, healthcare, or customer-facing environment in the UAE.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle client interactions and resolve issues with calm, clarity, and care.
  • Proven team leadership—whether managing workflows, motivating peers, or guiding new staff.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with a natural preference for clarity and accuracy.
  • Proficiency with standard office tools (MS Office Suite, basic databases, etc.).
  • Confident communication skills in English (written and spoken); Arabic is a bonus.
  • Dubai residency/permit eligibility, or willingness to relocate.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience with medical office software or electronic health records.
  • Familiarity with Dubai healthcare regulations and administrative best practices.
  • Basic understanding of health insurance documentation and approvals.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you—enthusiasm and a patient-first mindset go a long way with us.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive monthly salary: AED5000–AED6000.
  • Comprehensive health insurance covering you so you can focus on helping others.
  • Two-year residency permit (renewable contract—grow with us as long as you’d like).
  • Supportive, tight-knit team: People here genuinely have each other's backs.
  • Opportunities for development: Take ownership of projects or get involved in team mentoring.
  • Central Barsha location—easy access via public transport, surrounded by great lunch spots.
  • Friendly, organized leadership who truly value input from all staff—no suggestion box is ever ignored.

We understand the importance of feeling valued at work, and you’ll quickly notice that appreciation is a daily practice here, not an afterthought. If you’re looking for stability, growth, and a team that feels more like family, you might just find your place with us.
