What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting patients and visitors with genuine warmth and a welcoming smile
- Managing appointment bookings, cancellations, and confirmations—accuracy matters!
- Handling incoming phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
- Maintaining and filing patient records and other important documents with care
- Assisting doctors, nurses, and other admin staff with daily operational needs
- Supporting the HR and finance teams with basic documentation and procedural tasks
- Ensuring our front desk and waiting area stay tidy and inviting
- Adapting to new digital systems and being open to learning on the job
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Good communication skills in English (and Arabic is a bonus)
- Organized, reliable, and able to multitask in a sometimes lively environment
- Confident using computers and standard office software (Word, Excel, email)
- A positive, customer-first attitude—kindness goes a long way here
- Able to legally work in the UAE (we’ll help with permits if needed)
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous office or administrative experience (healthcare background a plus but not required)
