What You’ll Be Doing
- Handling incoming phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries with professionalism and a helpful attitude.
- Managing basic office paperwork—filing, scanning, and ensuring documentation is always up-to-date.
- Supporting colleagues and managers with scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and coordinating appointments.
- Assisting with onboarding processes for new hires and helping organize company events (don’t worry, you won’t be alone!).
- Updating our database accurately, respecting privacy and confidentiality protocols at every turn.
- Jumping in to help on special projects—sometimes it’s organizing files, sometimes it’s making sure everyone at the office birthday actually gets a slice of cake.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Strong communication skills—English is essential; more languages are a plus.
- Solid organizational habits and the ability to juggle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat.
