What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing and organizing office documents so nothing ever goes missing, whether it’s paper files or digital records.
  • Maintaining accurate records—from staff schedules to supply inventories, you’ll keep everything up to date and accessible.
  • Supporting daily administrative tasks such as answering calls, handling email correspondence, and greeting visitors with a friendly face.
  • Coordinating with team members and different departments to ensure everyone has what they need to do their best work.
  • Assisting with basic office supply management: checking, ordering, and restocking as needed (because nobody likes finding the printer out of paper).
  • Helping to arrange meetings, appointments, and travel plans for staff as required.
