About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever thought about what it’s like to be the organizational heartbeat of a busy team? As an Admin Assistant in our dynamic Business Bay office, you’ll help keep daily operations humming, support a growing business, and work right at the center of Dubai’s vibrant professional scene. Whether you’re making your first move to the UAE or just looking for a fresh start, this could be the perfect opportunity to launch or elevate your administrative career.

About the Company

We’re a well-established recruitment firm based in Business Bay, with a close-knit, internationally diverse team that believes real impact happens when talented people come together. Here, every admin assistant is more than a paper-pusher — you’re a valued team member who helps things run smoothly, rain or shine (or sandstorm!). We’re passionate about professional growth, and our people-oriented culture means support is always just a desk—or a WhatsApp message—away.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Greet visitors and clients, making them feel welcome and looked after right from the front desk.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence with a positive, solutions-oriented attitude.
  • Assist with scheduling interviews, managing calendars, and booking meeting rooms.
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical files, so nothing ever gets lost in the shuffle.
  • Support HR and recruitment activities, such as preparing documents, compiling candidate information, and tracking application statuses.
  • Coordinate with building management and service providers for office needs and maintenance.
  • Pitch in with office events, supply orders, or the occasional team celebration planning—no two days look quite the same here.
  • Perform other administrative duties as needed—sometimes it’s the small things that make a big difference.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves

  • A positive, can-do attitude and strong sense of reliability.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills (English is a must; additional languages a plus).
  • Basic computer proficiency—think MS Office, email, digital filing; nothing too fancy, but enough to stay organized.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative in a fast-paced setting.
  • Professionalism, confidentiality, and respect for diverse cultures.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Previous admin or customer service experience (any country/industry welcome, but not required).
  • Familiarity with recruitment processes or HR support.
  • A knack for keeping things organized even when things get busy.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary of AED 5000–6000, paid on time—always.
  • Two-year UAE residency permit provided (with easy renewal) for peace of mind.
  • Company-provided health insurance from day one.
  • Annual leave, public holidays, and a mutually supportive team environment.
  • Office based in the heart of Business Bay—close to transport, places to eat, and Dubai’s thriving business scene.
  • Opportunities to learn and grow in the world of HR and recruitment, with mentorship from experienced professionals.
  • Friendly morning greetings, birthday celebrations (cake usually involved), and a culture where your opinion actually matters.

We know that moving to a new country or industry can be a big leap. At our company, you’ll find practical support, real community, and the chance to build a career you’re proud of—right in the middle of one of Dubai’s most exciting districts.
