What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting visitors with a genuine smile and making sure they feel welcome the moment they walk through the door
- Keeping front desk and common areas neat, organized, and ready for anything
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and mail—no switchboard acrobatics required, just a bit of common sense
- Assisting with day-to-day paperwork and simple filing, ensuring that nothing important gets lost in the shuffle
- Offering a helping hand to teammates with basic computer tasks, like data entry or printing documents
- Running the odd errand around the office or nearby (think: stocking up on supplies, coordinating deliveries)
- Learning and adapting—sometimes fast—when new systems or small challenges pop up
What You’ll Bring
