What You’ll Be Doing

  • Processing UAE visa applications for new hires and renewals, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and deadlines are met.
  • Managing the front desk — greeting visitors, answering calls, and making sure first impressions are always positive.
  • Coordinating company vehicles and driver schedules to keep daily operations running without a hitch.
  • Overseeing labour camp accommodation logistics, including check-ins and communication with residents.
  • Supporting the HR Manager with administrative tasks, from filing to assisting with onboarding new team members.
  • Maintaining records and documentation with a keen eye for detail and confidentiality.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Prior experience in an administrative or office support role, ideally in the UAE.
  • Familiarity with UAE visa processes and related documentation.
  • Strong organizational skills — you can multitask and prioritize like a pro.
