About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever felt right at home when making sure everything’s in its right place — and everyone has what they need, when they need it? Our team in Ras Al-Khaimah’s scenic Corniche Al Qawasim is looking for an Administrative Assistant who thrives at the crossroads of precision and proactivity. Whether you’re organizing files or putting out (the occasional) office “fires,” this is your chance to keep a busy engineering consultancy running like a well-oiled machine. If you love a role that matters every single day, read on.
About the Company
We’re a close-knit consultancy recognized for our work across diverse engineering projects all over the UAE. Here by the waterfront, our team mixes technical brainpower with an easy camaraderie — you might spot us celebrating a project milestone with coffee runs overlooking the sea. We pride ourselves on clear communication, mutual respect, and an environment where everyone’s contributions are noticed. Growth is a given here: as the company takes on bigger, more complex projects, so do the opportunities for our team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Keeping company files and records impeccably organized — digital or paper, you’ll always know where everything lives

- Handling day-to-day office needs: from ordering supplies to making sure key deadlines aren’t missed
- Supporting project teams by tracking and coordinating documents crucial to our engineering deliverables
- Acting as a friendly go-to for general administrative questions or requests, big or small
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Solid organizational and multitasking skills — you’re detail-oriented but never lose sight of the bigger picture
- Proven experience (even if it’s just a year or two) in an administrative, office, or secretarial role
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and able to learn basic office tech quickly
- Professional English communication, both in writing and conversation
- A positive, can-do attitude — you see challenges as puzzles to solve, not obstacles
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience supporting engineering or technical teams
- Some Arabic language skills (not a deal-breaker, but definitely valued)
- Familiarity with document management systems
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
