What You’ll Be Doing

  • Keeping company files and records impeccably organized — digital or paper, you’ll always know where everything lives
  • Managing email correspondence with the same professionalism you’d expect as a client or partner
  • Handling day-to-day office needs: from ordering supplies to making sure key deadlines aren’t missed
  • Supporting project teams by tracking and coordinating documents crucial to our engineering deliverables
  • Acting as a friendly go-to for general administrative questions or requests, big or small

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:
