What You’ll Be Doing
- Handling day-to-day office admin tasks — from answering phones to welcoming visitors, you’ll be the friendly face people count on.
- Managing company files, records, and important paperwork with attention to detail and discretion.
- Assisting team members and managers with various requests; no two days look quite the same!
- Coordinating schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements as needed.
- Supporting internal communication and ensuring that messages get where they need to go.
- Taking on new challenges with guidance and support from experienced colleagues.
