About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever caught yourself orchestrating chaos into calm, knowing exactly how to turn a flurry of requests into a well-oiled system? As our next Administrative Coordinator (Female Only) based in UAQ’s budding New Industrial Area, you’ll be at the heart of our daily operations — the person everyone relies on when things absolutely need to get done, and done right. If you thrive in fast-growing environments where every day brings new challenges (and the occasional surprise), this role might be just what you’ve been seeking.

About Us

We’re a close-knit team on an exciting trajectory, growing our presence right where industry meets innovation in Umm Al Quwain’s New Industrial Area. Here, our office is a blend of ambition and practicality: no stuffy cubicles, just teammates who believe in pitching in and celebrating small wins together. Morning coffee is more than a routine — it’s a chance to trade the latest project updates or share a laugh. We value reliability, open communication, and a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Overseeing daily office operations — everything from supplies to meeting schedules, you’ll keep our workspace running smoothly.
  • Managing internal communication: Act as the go-to point between departments, ensuring everyone’s in the loop and nothing gets lost in translation.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation: Organize files (both digital and physical), update reports, and make sure important information is always at your (and our) fingertips.
  • Supporting management: Assist with presentations, reports, and general admin tasks — sometimes at a moment’s notice.
  • Assisting visitors and handling calls: Greet guests with professionalism, answer inquiries, and direct calls with a friendly touch.
  • Executing ad hoc tasks: No day is exactly the same; you may find yourself arranging travel, managing appointments, or jumping into special projects as they arise.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves

  • Strong organizational skills with a knack for multitasking and prioritizing under pressure.
  • Fluent English communication, both spoken and written.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Friendly, positive attitude and top-notch interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence in navigating a dynamic, team-based workplace.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Familiarity with office equipment and basic IT troubleshooting.
  • A “nothing’s too small” approach to solving problems.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • A supportive work environment — where questions are welcomed and teamwork is the norm.
  • Competitive salary package and paid annual leave.
  • Regular team lunches (we take our biryani day seriously!) and celebratory gatherings.
  • Convenient location in UAQ’s growing industrial hub, with on-site parking.
  • Potential for professional growth as our company expands — your input really matters here.

You won’t get lost in a sea of hundreds; your work will be noticed, valued, and remembered. If you’re eager to make a tangible impact while joining a community-minded team, let’s talk.
