What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and supervising a dedicated team in our stainless steel kitchen fabrication division
- Planning daily workflow, assigning tasks, and making sure projects move smoothly from start to finish
- Ensuring strict adherence to quality standards and detailed technical specifications—because every millimeter counts
- Training, mentoring, and motivating team members (yes, even on the tough days)
- Reviewing designs and work orders; catching and solving problems before they happen
- Coordinating closely with engineers, production staff, and the installation team to stay ahead of deadlines
- Handling workshop scheduling, materials inventory, and sometimes rolling up your sleeves to help where needed
- Maintaining a safe, organized, and positive workspace for everyone
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Previous supervisory experience—ideally in kitchens, metalworks, or the stainless steel industry
- Solid knowledge of fabrication processes and materials, especially those unique to industrial kitchens
- Strong organizational skills; you’re the type who knows where every bolt and bracket is
- Calm under pressure and able to keep teams focused during a rush or tight deadline
- Commitment to high-quality work and attention to specs and safety
Nice-to-Haves:
- Hands-on experience with kitchen design or installation
