What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing daily administrative operations to ensure everything runs smoothly — so no two days feel exactly alike.
- Coordinating with security, maintenance, and retail tenants to address concerns and improve overall mall experience.
- Managing schedules, handling important documents, and assisting with permits or other paperwork.
- Leading by example — motivating staff, ensuring policies are followed, and offering a hand when unexpected challenges pop up.
- Acting as the first point of contact for vendors, visitors, or tenants needing support or information.
- Training new team members and sharing best practices to nurture a collaborative spirit.
- Reporting on key metrics and keeping management informed with practical suggestions for improvements.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Experience in admin, supervision, or team leadership — ideally within retail, malls, or facility management.
- Confidence communicating in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.

- UAE residency and current location inside the UAE.
