What You’ll Be Doing
- Keeping our administrative processes humming—think daily paperwork, filing, and team coordination.
- Handling basic accounting—recording transactions, preparing simple financial reports, and assisting with expense tracking.
- Acting as a crucial communication link between management, onsite teams, and external vendors—your English skills will shine here.
- Maintaining and updating essential documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Supporting logistics for employee accommodation and ensuring camp records are always up to date.
- Pitching in with whatever needs doing to help the office and camp run like clockwork (and sometimes catching small issues before they become big ones).
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an administrative role within the UAE.
- Solid grasp of accounting basics—you don’t need to be a CPA, but numbers shouldn’t scare you!
- Very good English skills, both spoken and written. (You’ll do a fair amount of communicating in both.)
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A sense of responsibility, adaptability, and real attention to detail.
