What You’ll Be Doing

  • Accurately encode all tafseel (tailoring) orders from the shop into our system—getting every detail right counts
  • Receive new orders, confirm requirements, and track each one’s progress with our tailoring team
  • Follow up regularly with tailors to ensure deadlines are met and clarify any order specs
  • Serve as the first line of support for customer inquiries and proactively resolve issues as they come up
  • Keep an eagle eye on our records in Excel and Word—updating, double-checking, and correcting when needed
  • Coordinate with other team members to keep communication flowing and the shop running smoothly
  • Pitch in with general team support—sometimes it’s all hands on deck to make a busy day feel effortless

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication—whether you’re clarifying with the tailors or updating a customer on their order
  • Ability to work well independently, but also thrive as part of a friendly, energetic team
  • Your own laptop and a valid UAE driving license (so you’re set to move around if needed)

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience in order processing, retail, or a tailoring environment
  • Familiarity with unique order management systems or POS software
  • Arabic language skills—a bonus, not a requirement
