About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever considered what really keeps a fast-paced real estate office running like clockwork? As our new Administrative Officer in lively Mirdif, Dubai, you’ll become the essential bridge connecting brokers, sales, marketing, and operations. This is your chance to join a respected real estate brand at one of the region’s most dynamic addresses — all while sharpening your skills at the center of the action.

About the Company

We’re not just another property agency. Since opening our doors, our team has been redefining what it means to deliver results in Dubai’s ever-evolving market — with a smile and absolutely zero shortcuts. Our office runs on collaboration, creativity, and a healthy dose of hustle. Friday team huddles come with an extra shot of coffee, and you’ll quickly notice we’re the kind of group that celebrates big wins and small milestones alike. Growth isn’t just for our property listings; it’s at the heart of every career here.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coordinating broker registration processes from initial inquiry to onboarding, making sure every detail is correct and compliance is never in question.
  • Managing our CRM system — updating records, keeping client information current, and ensuring nothing (and no one) falls through the cracks.
  • Serving as the central point for inter-departmental communications between sales and marketing, helping campaigns and listings move smoothly from idea to publication.
  • Handling vital documentation — contracts, agreements, listing paperwork — with speed, accuracy, and an eagle eye for details.
  • Supporting marketing initiatives: distributing property materials, assisting with event logistics, and making sure social media posts have the right content at the right time.
  • Keeping the office humming along by managing supplies, scheduling team meetings, and anticipating what’s needed before it’s asked for.
  • Providing administrative support to the sales team — from preparing presentation packs to following up on client requests.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role, ideally within real estate or a related industry.
  • Confident user of CRM platforms and MS Office (Excel is your friend, not your foe).
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask without missing a beat.
  • Detail-oriented — you know how to spot an error in a contract from a mile away.
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills; Arabic is a plus.
  • Able to work independently, but also happy jumping into the team workflow.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Direct experience supporting sales or marketing teams.
  • Familiarity with Dubai real estate regulations or broker licensing.
  • A knack for social media or digital marketing tools.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary plus performance-based bonuses
  • Dynamic team with real opportunities for professional growth
  • Contemporary, light-filled office in the heart of Mirdif — with great coffee and even better colleagues
  • Flexible, supportive management who actually wants to hear your ideas
  • Regular team-building activities and recognition for hard work
  • Hybrid work possibilities after probation (because work/life balance matters)
  • Exposure to the full spectrum of real estate operations in Dubai’s vibrant market

At the end of the day, you’ll find genuine camaraderie here, not just another job. If you’re looking for a role where you can truly make an impact and grow alongside the company, you’ll feel right at home.

Common Interview Questions and Tips

  • Can you describe your experience with CRM systems—what platforms have you worked with, and how did you ensure client records remained accurate and up-to-date?

  • Have you had to distribute property materials or coordinate content for social media? What processes or tools did you use to keep everything organized and on time?
  • Describe your familiarity with Dubai’s real estate regulations or broker licensing. If you haven’t worked directly in this area, how would you get up to speed quickly?
  • Sometimes sales and marketing teams have conflicting priorities or urgent needs. Can you share an example of how you’ve kept communications smooth between departments?
  • What’s your approach to anticipating team needs or solving problems before they arise in an office setting?
  • Tell us about a time you went above and beyond to support a teammate or the wider office.
  • Our company values genuine collaboration and celebrates milestones. How do you contribute to a positive team culture in your current or past roles?

  • What excites you most about joining a fast-moving real estate team in Dubai, and how do you see yourself making an impact here?

Market-Based Salary Overview and Analysis

For an Administrative Officer role in a busy Dubai real estate office, you should expect a monthly salary in the range of 5,000–8,000 AED, depending on your experience and relevant industry exposure. Similar positions within real estate often offer performance bonuses as well, so be sure to inquire about commission or incentive structures in addition to your base pay. Given the level of responsibility and the dynamic work environment, aiming for the higher end of this range is reasonable if you bring strong admin skills and CRM expertise.
