What You’ll Be Doing

  • Keeping employee and worker files up-to-date, organized, and ready at a moment’s notice
  • Tracking attendance, leaves, overtime, and daily updates—accuracy is your mantra
  • Making sure data entry and document organization run like clockwork
  • Acting as a friendly, proactive bridge between management, site staff, and workers
  • Coordinating the smooth transfer of information between head office and various project sites
  • Following up on tasks and ensuring no detail falls through the cracks
  • Supporting general office tasks, wearing “many hats” as needed

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Prior experience in an administrative or office support role—ideally in contracting, construction, or a related field
  • Strong organization and file management skills
  • Proficient with spreadsheets, data entry, and handling digital/physical documents
  • Clear communicator, both written and spoken (English is a must; any additional languages a plus!)
  • Comfortable coordinating with different teams and personalities
  • A knack for staying calm and focused when juggling multiple deadlines
