What You’ll Be Doing

  • Overseeing daily operations of all our listings on Talabat, Noon Food, Deliveroo, and Keeta—each platform with its quirks and pace.
  • Ensuring that menu items, prices, descriptions, and images are always current and crave-worthy.
  • Quickly responding to incoming orders: monitoring statuses, following up with kitchen staff, and tracking each order right up to delivery.
  • Managing real-time updates like product availability and sold-out items to avoid disappointing customers.
  • Liaising with customer service support from each platform to resolve issues or clarify order details.
  • Spotting trends in customer feedback, order issues, or popular products, then proposing adjustments to the team.
  • Taking initiative to streamline processes—if there’s a faster, smarter way to do something, we want to hear it.
  • Preparing simple reports on sales, peak times, and platform performance for the management team.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves

  • Previous hands-on experience managing restaurant or bakery operations on delivery apps (Talabat, Deliveroo, Noon Food, Keeta, or similar).
  • Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)—bonus if you know Arabic.
  • High attention to detail: you spot missing commas, mismatched menu photos, and changes in customer patterns.
  • Comfortable managing multiple platforms, juggling notifications, and staying calm in a rush.
  • Basic tech-savviness: you’re not afraid of dashboards or Excel.
  • Friendly, cooperative spirit—teamwork really matters here.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience in a F&B, bakery, or confectionery environment.
