What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinating daily office operations—think of yourself as the go-to person for keeping everything on track.
- Managing correspondence (emails, phone calls, documents) with accuracy and a smile.
- Handling basic data entry, filing, and recordkeeping—your attention to detail will truly shine here.
- Assisting with onboarding paperwork and processes for new hires.
- Supporting the team with travel arrangements, meeting schedules, and the occasional last-minute request.
- Liaising with external vendors and partners to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
