What You’ll Be Doing

  • Keeping key warehouse records updated, error-free, and easy for the team to access
  • Assisting in daily office routines: filing documents, handling incoming calls, and tracking correspondence
  • Ensuring data entry is consistently accurate — input stock details, shipment info, and other vital warehouse stats
  • Coordinating closely with warehouse staff and supervisors to keep admin processes running smooth
  • Supporting HR or admin managers with new staff onboarding paperwork
  • Helping the team stay organized: scheduling meetings, ordering supplies, and chasing down missing info when needed
  • Handling sensitive or confidential information with care — discretion is part of the gig
  • Adapting to the day’s priorities — sometimes you’ll jump in where help is needed most

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum 1–2 years proven experience in admin, office support, or data entry — ideally in a warehouse or logistics setting
  • Comfort with computers (MS Office, especially Excel) and basic office tools
  • Good written and spoken English; other languages are a plus
  • Organizational skills to keep things ticking along efficiently, even on busy days
  • Attention to detail — you catch small errors before they cause big headaches
