What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee the day-to-day administrative function of the medical center — your attention to detail will help everything click into place
- Liaise smoothly between doctors, nurses, and support staff to keep workflows organized
- Schedule and coordinate staff shifts, ensuring no gaps in our patient care coverage
- Handle patient records and confidential information with accuracy and discretion
- Guide and motivate junior admin team members, providing clear instructions and approachable support
- Troubleshoot everyday office challenges, from supply orders to tech hiccups
- Maintain clear communication with management about process improvements and team needs
- Help implement policies and procedures that make our workspace safer and more efficient
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- At least a high school diploma; higher education in business admin or related field is a plus
- Strong English communication skills — you’re comfortable talking with patients and professionals alike
- Solid organizational talent and an eye for process improvement
- Confident with basic office tech (email, Excel, scheduling software)
- Problem-solving instinct and a calm, supportive approach to team management
Nice-to-Haves
- Previous admin or supervisory experience (in any country, not just UAE!)
- Experience in a healthcare or clinic setting
- Additional languages, especially Arabic, for chatting with our broader patient base
