About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever envisioned yourself steering the engine room of a busy healthcare facility? Here’s your chance. We’re looking for an Admin Supervisor to help our Medical Center in Al Quoz, Dubai run like a well-oiled machine. Whether you’re new to the UAE or a seasoned expat, this opportunity opens doors — literally and figuratively — in a sector where your organizational skills could truly make a difference.
About the Company
Picture a dedicated medical team that truly cares — not only about patients, but also about every colleague who walks through our doors. Our center sits at the heart of Al Quoz’s thriving community, combining cutting-edge care with a welcoming, team-first spirit. We value adaptability, laughter at the right moments, and believe you shouldn’t need UAE experience to bring fresh ideas to our administrative family. (By the way, weekly team lunches are a pretty big deal around here.)
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinating day-to-day administrative operations, making sure nothing slips between the cracks.
- Supervising a small but mighty admin team — fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Ensuring smooth patient reception, documentation, and scheduling processes.
- Liaising between departments (and, yes, you might occasionally play peacekeeper).
- Keeping records organized and confidential — patient trust is non-negotiable.
- Supporting in onboarding new staff, ensuring they feel at home from day one.
- Handling basic HR paperwork and queries with empathy and efficiency.
- Identifying opportunities to streamline workflow and suggesting practical improvements.
- Jumping in wherever needed — because in a busy clinic, no two days are ever quite the same.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Proven background in administration or office supervision (medical sector a plus, but not required).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks with patience and poise.
- Friendly communication style — you’ll be the go-to for questions, big and small.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a welcome bonus, but not essential).
- Willingness to adapt and learn UAE processes — we’ll support you every step of the way.
Nice-to-Haves
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting.
- Confidence in Microsoft Office or other admin software.
- A calm approach when the waiting room gets busy and the phone won’t stop ringing.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive salary: AED 5000–6000 per month — paid on time, every time.
- Two-year residency permit and renewable employment contract — so you can focus on settling in.
- Comprehensive health insurance — because your well-being matters.
- Supportive onboarding — no UAE experience? No problem.
- Opportunities for growth as the clinic expands.
- Friendly, internationally diverse team — you’ll find your place, fast.
- Regular team-building events and a positive workplace culture.
- Did we mention Al Quoz’s great coffee shops are just steps away?
Bring us your best self — and we’ll give you a place to call your professional home.
