If you get satisfaction from problem-solving, juggling lots of moving parts, and seeing a team succeed because of your guidance, this might just be your ideal next move.

About the Company

We’re a growing services firm based in the heart of Dubai, and our team is a bit of a melting pot — bringing together diverse backgrounds and talents to create a supportive workplace where everyone looks out for each other. While we work hard (and those “morning check-ins” sometimes come with a side of laughter), there’s a shared pride in the quality of our work and the trust our clients place in us. We’re big on transparency, cheer each other’s milestones, and believe even the most routine day deserves a little recognition.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Overseeing daily administrative operations and making sure everything runs like clockwork
  • Leading, motivating, and developing your admin team — think mentoring, coaching, and keeping everyone in sync
  • Handling client communications with patience and professionalism, especially when resolving concerns or requests
  • Coordinating schedules, files, and resources so the office stays ahead of deadlines

  • Acting as a bridge between management, staff, and clients to ensure smooth information flow
  • Taking the lead on onboarding new team members and sharing best practices

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Prior experience supervising admin teams or similar leadership roles
  • Strong client-facing skills — you know how to handle sensitive situations and keep clients happy
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Clear, diplomatic communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Confidence using common office software and systems

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in a Dubai-based company or knowledge of UAE labor regulations
  • Additional language skills (especially Arabic)
  • A talent for motivating teams under pressure, or experience with process improvement projects

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here (Benefits & Perks)

  • Competitive monthly salary: AED 5500 – AED 6500
  • Company-sponsored health insurance — your wellbeing matters, always
  • Secure, two-year residency permit with straightforward renewal
  • Supportive team environment that values your contributions and celebrates achievements
  • Open communication channels with leadership — your ideas get heard
  • Opportunities for personal and professional growth as we continue to expand
  • Respect for work-life balance, with predictable hours and a collaborative culture

We know the right people make all the difference, and we’re looking forward to meeting someone who’s as passionate about great teamwork (and great service) as we are.
