What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing daily office operations to ensure everything runs like clockwork
- Supervising, mentoring, and motivating administrative staff — keeping engagement and morale high
- Coordinating schedules, meetings, and reporting workflows (and swooping in to fix bottlenecks)
- Implementing and refining office policies, making sure compliance is never an afterthought
- Managing correspondence, documents, and systemic filing with laser precision
- Serving as the point of contact for vendors, service providers, and internal teams
- Providing regular status updates and insights to upper management
- Pitching in during the occasional fire drill — flexibility is key!
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Current residence inside the UAE (mandatory for immediate joining)
- Proven experience leading or supervising administrative teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and standard office technology
- Excellent communication skills — both written and spoken
- Strong organizational abilities and sharp attention to detail
- A knack for problem-solving, especially under pressure
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience in a recruitment or staffing agency environment
- Working knowledge of Arabic
- Familiarity with UAE labor compliance and best practices
