About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Introduction

Ever wondered what keeps a thriving real estate office running smoothly, even in peak season? At the heart of our day-to-day operations, there’s always an organized, resourceful person ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. If you have a knack for juggling schedules, love making things efficient, and take pride in being everyone’s go-to person, you might just be the Office Admin we’re looking for. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and wants to be right at the center of Dubai’s buzzing real estate scene.

About the Company

Based in the heart of Business Bay, our company is one of Dubai’s premier real estate firms, known for our blend of local expertise and international standards. We’re a close-knit team, genuinely passionate about real estate (yes, office debates about the best Dubai skyline view are a regular thing) and equally driven by our commitment to top-tier client service. Our office environment is collaborative—expect casual brainstorming sessions, team lunches, and more than a few spontaneous celebrations when someone closes a big deal. Here, everyone’s ideas are welcome, and every role—especially yours—matters.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Greeting clients and visitors with warmth; setting the tone for a professional, welcoming office vibe.
  • Managing the front desk: handling phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries with efficiency and grace.
  • Coordinating and scheduling internal meetings, property viewings, and client appointments—no double bookings on your watch!
  • Supporting the sales and management teams with document preparation, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Overseeing office supply inventory and liaising with vendors to keep things running smoothly.
  • Assisting with travel arrangements, calendar management, and ad-hoc projects when the team needs an extra pair of hands.
  • Helping to maintain a tidy, organized workspace—think of yourself as the engine that keeps it all humming.
  • Occasionally pitching in for company events or community initiatives—if you like a bit of variety, you’ll enjoy this.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves

  • Previous experience in office administration, ideally within real estate, hospitality, or another fast-paced industry.
  • Excellent communication skills—in English and, if you know Arabic, that’s a real plus.
  • Strong organizational skills; you’re someone who loves ticking items off their to-do list.
  • Competency with MS Office Suite and, ideally, some familiarity with CRM systems.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to tackle new challenges as they come up.
  • Well-groomed, professional appearance; you represent the company at the front line.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience supporting sales teams or executives.
  • Knowledge of real estate documentation and terminology.
  • A genuine interest in real estate trends or the Dubai property market.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Vibrant, stylish office located in Business Bay—with all the transport and lunch options you could wish for.
  • Supportive, diverse team culture where your contributions have real impact.
  • Opportunities for professional development—think training sessions, workshops, and career growth pathways.
  • Occasional team outings, lunches, and spontaneous birthday celebrations.
  • Competitive compensation and paid annual leave.
  • Modern tech and tools to make your day easier.

We know the best workplaces make you feel at home while helping you grow. If you’re ready to turn your admin skills into a central, valued role in Dubai’s real estate scene, let’s talk!

Market-Based Salary Overview and Analysis

For an office admin role in Dubai’s real estate sector, you should expect a monthly salary in the range of 5,000 to 7,000 AED, depending on your experience and language skills. Similar positions, especially those supporting sales teams and requiring strong organizational abilities, typically fall within this bracket in Business Bay or comparable locations. If you bring industry experience or additional languages like Arabic, aiming for the higher end of this range is reasonable.
