What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading by example on the shop floor, energizing your team and setting the bar for customer service
- Overseeing daily operations: managing opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory counts
- Training and coaching staff members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and boutique standards
- Ensuring merchandise displays look impeccable and reflect the luxury experience our clients expect
- Handling customer queries, concerns, and special requests with grace and expertise
- Monitoring sales targets, analyzing performance, and motivating the team to surpass goals—yes, the thrill of meeting (and exceeding) targets is real here
- Coordinating staff scheduling, delegating tasks, and supporting the boutique manager as needed
- Staying up-to-date on the latest in the fragrance world and sharing discoveries with colleagues and customers alike
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Previous experience as a supervisor or team lead within a retail or luxury goods environment
- Genuine interest in, or passion for, high-end perfumes and personal care
- Confident leadership skills: you know how to motivate, mediate, and inspire
- Solid sales acumen and a knack for turning browsers into loyal customers
- Strong communication skills—in both English and (if applicable) local language(s)
- Professional, polished presence: you’re the calm in a busy boutique
Nice-to-Haves:
