About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever thought about stepping into a role where your knack for organization and leadership could truly move things forward? As an Administrative Supervisor at our bustling logistics company in Dubai, you’ll become part of a fast-paced environment that keeps the wheels of commerce rolling. Whether you’re new to UAE or looking for your big break, this opportunity opens the door to a global logistics hub — plus, with no prior UAE experience required, your fresh perspective is more than welcome.

About the Company

We’re a team that thrives on momentum. Based in Dubai, our logistics company connects businesses across continents, handling everything from import/export operations to last-mile deliveries. What sets us apart is our commitment to fostering new talent: many of our leaders started right where you are now. The vibe? Supportive, ambitious, and—true story—some very lively lunchroom debates about which international snack is best. Here, every voice matters, and team wins mean more than individual accolades.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring processes are smooth and efficient.
  • Coordinate with different logistics and warehouse teams to keep information flowing.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate reports, schedules, and documentation for management.
  • Support onboarding for new hires—think welcome emails, training schedules, and helping them find the good coffee.
  • Liaise with external partners and suppliers to keep paperwork in check and timelines on track.
  • Troubleshoot administrative hiccups, flagging issues before they grow.
  • Keep compliance and regulatory paperwork (like residency permits) meticulously organized.
  • Bring ideas to the table for making our systems even better, faster, or just a little more fun to use.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confident communication in English (written and spoken).
  • Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience in logistics, admin, or office coordination (from any country).
  • Additional language skills—Arabic, Hindi, Tagalog, or others are always a plus.
  • A friendly approach—you enjoy helping others as much as getting things done.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you. Genuine curiosity and commitment often beat a perfect resume.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary: AED 6000–6500 per month, paid on time, every time.
  • Two-year UAE residency permit provided (with easy renewals as you grow with us).
  • Health insurance coverage from day one.
  • Official, renewable employment contract—no guesswork about your future.
  • Opportunity to develop skills in one of the world’s logistics capitals.
  • Supportive team who believe in growing together—and maybe an international potluck or two.
  • Serious about your career? We’re equally serious about mentorship and building leaders from within.
  • Central Dubai office with access to transport links.

We believe your career journey is meant to be empowering, not just transactional. Here, you can lay down roots, build your skills, and see real results from your effort—while being part of something bigger.

Please note: This recruitment process involves a job application fee. If you’re ready to bring your energy and organizational flair to a new chapter in Dubai, we’d love to hear from you.
