What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring processes are smooth and efficient.
- Coordinate with different logistics and warehouse teams to keep information flowing.
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports, schedules, and documentation for management.
- Support onboarding for new hires—think welcome emails, training schedules, and helping them find the good coffee.
- Liaise with external partners and suppliers to keep paperwork in check and timelines on track.
- Troubleshoot administrative hiccups, flagging issues before they grow.
- Keep compliance and regulatory paperwork (like residency permits) meticulously organized.
- Bring ideas to the table for making our systems even better, faster, or just a little more fun to use.
