About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever found yourself walking past an eye-catching sign or installation and wondered, “Who made that?” Maybe you love the satisfaction of transforming raw materials into something bold and unforgettable. If this sounds like you, Art Factory has just the opportunity. We’re searching for a dedicated Advertising Production Technician—someone who thrives where creativity meets craft, and logistics blend seamlessly with artistry. In a market where visual impact is everything, your expertise could be the spark behind unforgettable brand moments.
About Art Factory
At Art Factory, we don’t just produce advertising materials—we create experiences that leave a lasting impression. With more than two decades under our belt, we've built a reputation for being inventive, meticulous, and genuinely passionate about helping brands shine. Our workshop buzzes with collaboration, where early-morning coffee sparks creativity and Friday brainstorming sessions often carry into shared pizza lunches. It’s a place where no idea is too ambitious, and learning is a daily ritual. We take pride in our craft, from the tiniest vinyl sticker to large-scale event installations, all made possible by a close-knit team that treats every project like it’s their own.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Transforming client concepts into tangible advertising products using acrylic, wood, vinyl stickers, plastics, and other materials.
- Preparing and operating equipment for signage, printing, cutting, and assembly—no two days (or materials) are the same.
- Collaborating closely with designers and project managers to execute complex builds and meet tight deadlines.
- Ensuring high standards of finish across all jobs, whether it's a single sign or a large-scale event display.
- Troubleshooting production hurdles, thinking on your feet, and always striving for safe, efficient processes.
- Maintaining a spotless, organized workspace (your future self and teammates will thank you).
- Occasionally pitching in on installations or event setups—sometimes outside regular hours, always as a team.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Hands-on experience with acrylic, wood, vinyl sticker application, plastics, and a variety of advertising production materials.
- A blend of technical ability (think: printers, cutters, plotters) and an artist’s eye for detail.
- Previous work in signage, printing, event, or advertising production environments.
- Problem-solving mindset and the calm to handle last-minute curveballs.
- Strong communication skills—you’re comfortable sharing ideas and asking questions.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with kiosk manufacturing or event installations.
- Basic graphic design or file prep skills (Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, etc.).
- A portfolio or examples of past projects.
Not sure you tick every single box? We’d still love to hear from you. Skills can be taught; great attitudes can’t.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive compensation, paid reliably and on time.
- A creative environment where your ideas (and input) actually matter.
- Opportunities to master new techniques, materials, and technologies.
- Supportive team culture—no egos, just genuine collaboration.
- Flexible approaches to time off and working hours, understanding that creativity sometimes happens outside 9-to-5.
- Occasional team lunches, impromptu celebrations, and a boss who remembers your favorite snack.
- Long-term stability: we’re not the new kid on the block, but we think like one.
At Art Factory, you’re not just making advertising—you’re crafting the moments brands are remembered for. There’s room to grow, space to create, and a team that’s excited to welcome you onboard.
