What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities)
- Construction & Block Work: You’ll be involved in everything from laying blocks and plastering to minor structural repairs. If a wall needs to come down or a new partition needs to go up, you’re the person we’ll call.
- AC Maintenance & Installation: This isn’t just about swapping filters. You’ll handle routine servicing, diagnose refrigerant issues, and perform full installations when a villa upgrades its cooling system.
- Plumbing & Sanitary Fittings: From fixing a persistent leak under the sink to replacing entire sanitary fixtures, you’ll keep the water flowing where it should and nowhere it shouldn’t.
- Electrical Troubleshooting: Think wiring, lighting fixtures, circuit breakers, and power points. You’ll need to be comfortable tracing faults and ensuring everything meets safety standards.
- General Handyman Duties: Some days are unpredictable. You might be asked to patch up a ceiling crack, assemble a piece of furniture, or help with a last-minute villa preparation before the owners arrive.
